This izakaya is one of my favorite izakaya at Hapjeong-dong!

The food menus here are basically Japanese food combined with Korean and Chinese ingredients.
It's an izakaya serving asian fusion dishes, so the foods here is more special than traditional Japanese!

The first reason why I liked this izakaya is that there are many food and drink options.

For foods, there are hot foods like pasta or stew, and cold foods like sashimi as well.

For drinks, Japanese shochu, sake, highball, Korean soju and beer are prepared,
so that you can totally enjoy Asian alcoholic beverages in a single place!

I ordered this assorted sashimi.

For me the quality of sashimi is everything when it comes to choosing an izakaya.
Generally from my experience, if an izakaya serves a super fresh sashimi, most of the menus taste good.

I was pretty satisfied of the assorted sashimi I had ordered here,
so I'm 100% sure the other menus must be good.

Here are types of sashimi served that day :
mackerel, tuna, salmon, scallops, abalone, red snapper, ankimo (monkfish liver)

I loved that they serve a variety of fresh sashimi!

My favorites were raw mackerel and salmon.
Ankimo was kinda interesting too, but for people who are unfamiliar with fishy taste might be better not to try this dish.

Also, there are lots of cute details in this place like a real local Japanese izakaya.
You can find cute tiny gacha figures and Japanese wall posters everywhere.

And look at that cute soju/sake glass!!
I loved these kinds of small goods adding some fun to this place.
